Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of More Jobs Online, a database reactivation service by Anchor Frame. By using the demo or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
More Jobs Online helps home service and trades businesses reactivate dormant leads via personalized SMS. The live demo is a simulation. No real texts are sent from this website. Upon onboarding and payment, we configure messaging infrastructure, verify your business identity, import your provided contact list, and launch outreach according to test criteria you approve in writing during onboarding.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You represent that you are authorized to act for your business, that you have rights to contact the leads you upload, and that those leads comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules. You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, obtaining necessary consents where required, and promptly handling STOP requests forwarded by us. We reserve the right to pause messaging if we detect compliance risks.
3. Payments and performance model
Pricing is based on your average job value entered during the demo. A refundable $300 deposit covers the first two qualified booked estimates at the per-booking rate calculated for you. The deposit is applied to future bookings, not an extra fee. After the first two bookings, you pay per qualified booked estimate as defined in onboarding. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply.
4. SMS messaging terms
When you provide a mobile number and consent to receive texts or calls about your demo and setup, you agree to receive automated text messages and calls from More Jobs Online. Message frequency varies based on your interaction, demo activity, and setup stage. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we will confirm your opt-out and you will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messaging availability and delivery depend on carrier approval, carrier filtering, and completion of carrier registration (A2P). While our registration is pending, we save your request for follow-up and do not send automated SMS from this website form.

5. Refund policy
The $300 deposit is refundable if we fail to deliver the two test bookings under the test criteria mutually agreed in writing during onboarding. To qualify, you must complete onboarding steps, provide a valid contact list of the minimum size agreed, and allow us the agreed test window. Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the test window ends. Refund terms are governed by that written test agreement, not by marketing copy. Not all businesses qualify for a test.
6. Projections and disclaimers
All ROI numbers, reply rates, booking rates, and revenue figures shown in the demo are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you entered. They are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of actual results. Actual results depend on your market, list quality, offer, responsiveness, and other factors. We do not guarantee revenue, bookings, or close rates.
7. Acceptable use
You may not upload contacts without consent, use harvested lists, or use the service for harassment, spam, or illegal activity. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without written permission. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Frame and More Jobs Online are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. The service is provided as is without warranties beyond those required by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Anchor Frame is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in good faith, first by informal resolution, then by binding arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction as specified during onboarding.
